LEMA specialises in the delivery of engineering apprenticeships and has met the requirements of companies within the Black Country and surrounding areas since 2008. In 2014, LEMA opened a second academy in central Birmingham, servicing the West Midlands and surrounding counties. Engineers by trade, members of our dedicated and skilled delivery help to develop young people through real work life experience. Our delivery is unique in that we offer a six-week pre-apprenticeship programme teaching the basics of engineering along with employability skills. This allows us to work with learners, ensuring they are fully prepared for the world of work and the next step in vocational training. It also ensures that employers are recruiting young people who have made an informed decision about their career path and are ready for work.

Our mission is to be the apprenticeship provider of choice by maximising the potential of learners to exceed the expectations of employers, parents, stakeholders and team members alike.
